For steel structures and heavier work

For hard substrates and targeted work
Corundum is a hard, sharp abrasive for applications that require more aggressive cleaning or a specific profile.
For a fine, smooth finish
Glass bead cleans and peens the surface without attacking it aggressively. Suitable for stainless steel and aluminium, among others, and for an even, satin finish.
How we work
A fixed process with clear checkpoints, from delivery to next step.
We discuss the workpiece, the condition of the surface and the required result, and advise on the blasting abrasive and follow-up treatment.
You deliver the materials by appointment. Where necessary, parts are masked or delivered disassembled.
The surface is blasted to the agreed cleanliness and roughness.
We check the result visually and against the specification agreed with you in advance.
The blasted work moves straight on to thermal metal spraying or protective coating, or is delivered back to you clean and protected.

Quality
Blasting is only finished when the surface meets the agreed specification. Cleanliness and roughness are assessed according to the agreements we record with you in advance.
If the work then moves on to thermal metal spraying or protective coating, we manage the transition between steps: a blasted surface receives its first protective layer in good time.
